ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
OF THE FRANCHISEE:

As a franchisee of Shinsho Ramen, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and responsibilities, which include:

Running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant:

This includes tasks such as managing staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

Paying royalties and fees:

As part of the franchise agreement, you will be required to pay royalties and fees.

Completing the required training:

As a franchisee, you may be required to complete various forms of training, such as management training, operational training or food handling training.

Using proprietary software and equipment:

Franchisees will require to use specific software or equipment that is owned by us.

Investing the capital required to open and operate the restaurant

You will be responsible for providing the necessary capital to open and operate the restaurant.

Adhering to our system and guidelines: 

As a franchisee, you will be required to follow the established system, recipes, branding, design and guidelines provided by us. This includes (but not limited) to things like menu items, pricing, restaurant renovation, kitchen layout, product packaging and marketing strategies.

Meeting performance standards:

Franchisees agreements are expected to meet performance standards, such as sales targets, customer satisfaction levels, and other benchmarks.

Communication: 

You will need to maintain regular communication with us, updating them on your business's performance and any issues or concerns that arise.

Participating in marketing and promotional activities:

 You may be required to participate in certain marketing and promotional activities, such as local advertising campaigns or promotional events, to promote the restaurant.

As a franchisee of Shinsho Ramen, you will play a vital role in the success of the business, and it is important to understand and manage all the responsibilities that come with being a franchisee.

FRANCHISOR SUPPORT:

When starting a franchise business of Shinsho Ramen, 
we will provide our franchisees with a variety of support services, which can include but not limited to:

Initial training: 

Before opening your franchise location, franchisees will be required to complete an initial training program which covers topics such as restaurant operations, menu preparation, customer service, inventory management, and financial management.

Marketing and advertising: 

We will often provide marketing and advertising support, including developing and implementing marketing campaigns.

Ongoing operational support: 

We provide ongoing operational support, such as helping franchisees with staffing, inventory management, and other aspects of running the business.

We provide franchisees to find and develop a location for their restaurant, including providing advice on site selection, lease negotiation and building design.

We offer assistance to franchisees with legal and regulatory issues, such as ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws.

We provide guidance and advice on all aspects of running a successful ramen restaurant, including financial management, inventory control, and customer service.

We provide established relationships with suppliers, distributors and other partners that provide the products and services needed to run the business.
